Refund policy

Cancelling Orders or Changing Order

If you would like to cancel an order, please email info@snoozymonk.com within one hour of placing the order. 

To help expedite the process, please include your name, order number, and what the issue would be. 

This can also be done for changing sizes, changing color, or changing delivery address. We will do our best to change the order before it ships out.

Returns and Trial Policy

If you're looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help. We offer free returns or exchanges within 60 days of receiving your product as part of our trial policy. The product does not need to be in it's original state, but should be in it's original packaging. Excessively damaged returns will not be accepted (such as bleach damage, pet damage, or torn fabric). Please note Snoozy Monk will never resell used bedding, but will donate used returns to charity to minimize environmental impact.

You can return your product for store credita different product, or a refund to the original payment method.

When a customer has initiated a return using the 60 day return policy, they will no longer be eligible for the trial on future orders. Exceptions to this are if the customer has received the wrong order, or if the customer exchanges an unopened product. 

Send an email to info@snoozymonk.com with your order number and product, and we will send a shipping label back. Once the product is confirmed received, we will issue a full refund.

Any sets returned should have all initial items returned (pillow cases, pillow shams, fitted sheets, duvet covers, etc). If any initial items are missing, Snoozy Monk reserves the right to charge a 20% restock charge per item missing.
